During an ROV survey the PL920 production pipeline was shown to have buckled while the PL921 production pipeline (along with the piggybacked PL923 methanol pipeline) were shown to have reduced rock cover. 12,500Te of rock was installed to return the rock berm to its original as-built configuration.

Smart Subsea Solutions provided Project Management Services and as such was required to manage the selected contractor Boskalis throughout the project as well as to liaise with Shell for the purposes of proximity agreements. The offshore phase was executed successfully, delivered on schedule and under budget.
