Smart Subsea Solutions provided Client Representation and engineering support on DSV Seven Osprey for 90 days offshore over a period of four months.

During the workscope It was required to oversee the engineering and preparations leading up to the hyperbaric welding operations including installation of auxiliary braces, cutting and dewatering of the failed member, installation of the habitat and metrology as well as hyperbaric welding activities. Given the close proximity of the vessel to Ninian South Platform it was essential to liaise directly with topsides throughout the duration of the project and manage platform SIMOPS.
